Nordic lore warns of Ragnarok – the ultimate battle of the Nordic gods. When the gates of Helheim are thrown open, Odin, the All-Father, will lead his armies of good against Loki and the armies of evil. Bards  also sing the tale of the 25 Runes of power used to seal the gates of Helheim before Odin hid them throughout the nine realms. To find the Runes to open the gates of Helheim, Loki must first find Odin’s fabled Rune book.

But what does any of this have to do with fourteen-year-old Skyler Stoerm?

Skyler’s father Ash decides they need to go on a father/son sailing trip.  Loading up the family pets onto their catamaran, Stoerm Drifter, Ash and Skyler sail into the Bermuda Triangle. Unfortunately, a sailing trip isn’t going to be the only adventure for Skyler.  Surviving a fierce storm, Skyler wakes up to discover that he’s adrift in an impenetrable fog  and  his father has vanished.

With his world turned upside down, Skyler must enter Asgard and find Odin’s fabled Rune book to save his father.
