My name is Skyler Stoerm and the following book is an accurate chronicle of my adventures aboard my catamaran, Stoerm Drifter. Special thanks to P.G. MacDonald who helped me write since, you know, I was only fourteen when my adventure started and didn’t do great in creative writing class. Grammar is hard!

You might ask yourself, “Why would I want to read a book about some rando kid from St. Petersburg, Florida, sailing the nine worlds of Nordic Mythology trying to save his dad?” If you did, you would be asking the wrong question.

I mean, who wouldn’t want to read about being nearly drowned in the Bermuda Triangle, attacked by mythical creatures, and meeting your grandfather who just happens to be a Nordic God? Let’s not forget being talked condescendingly to by Valkyrie warriors, Egyptian Queens and legendary Nordic warriors.

How about spending hours listening to a thousand-year-old Monkey give bad fortune cookie advice while dark witches, werewolves and fire-breathing dragons are trying to kill you?

No, my friend, the real question you should be asking yourselves is “Where can I get the second book in this awesome series!”

I promise this isn’t just one boring son-of-a-Nordic-God book. No, it's only the first book in the chronicles of a grandson-of-a-Nordic-God series. Now that we have gotten that out of the way – sit down; buckle up, Buttercup; get some snacks and a flask of mead (the none-alcoholic kind).
